Any rental order, once placed with and accepted by Driveway On-Site Storage, may not be cancelled by the Customer except upon the consent of Driveway On-Site Storage. If Driveway On-Site Storage agrees to accept a cancellation after acceptance of the Customer’s order, then Driveway On-Site Storage shall be entitled to a cancellation fee (which may be charged via credit card or ACH) of $50.00. If the cancellation occurs before 12:00 p.m., the business day before the Customer’s scheduled delivery, or a cancellation fee of $150.00 if the cancellation occurs before 3:00 p.m. the business day before the Customer’s scheduled delivery. Driveway On-Site Storage is entitled to a cancellation fee of $200 for any cancellations on the same day as the expected delivery or after.
